Here at flames and food we doing most of our outdoor cooking on our Weber Genesis 330. It is a pre-2011 model with the heating elements arranged front to back instead of left to right, like the newer models. It really is our pride and joy, and worth every penny we scrimped and saved for it! And, yes, we actually use the side burner!
